Our Ethos

Graduating in 2009, James Cope was thrust straight into a Product Design Consultancy role, this gave him a flavour of the wide and varied requirements that customers face from all types of different industries. Following his initial experience, he has since worked for several companies and a wide variety of differing projects, picking up a diverse skillset.

JC Design Intends to provide all customers with the level of support required to reach their goal. Through communicating the desired objectives in detail, we can provide a bespoke solution for each and every requirement – ensuring that the client is at the forefront of our attention.

Industries

There are several different experiences within an assortment of industries James Cope Design can bring to the table. The following is by no means an exhaustive list but acts to illustrate just some of these competencies:

• Medical Industry (hospital furniture: beds, treatment chairs and community care accessories)
• Fabrication (High proficiencies within medium and light fabrications – some experience with industrial boilers)
• Plastics (Injection moulding components, blow moulding and rapid prototyping are all strong skills)
• Assembly (An extensive level of exposure within assembly design means we have a comprehensive understanding of the various design considerations needed to achieve your ultimate goal)
• Cost Engineering (Clients have always had cost prioritised within their remit. With this in mind we aim to achieve the most cost effective solution for a competitive price without compromise on quality)
